MaMaSpa is one of the most well-known spas for messaging therapies and spa treatments. There
are currently three branches in Vietnam's south, MaMaSpa's CEO wants to MamaSpa Software
System (MSS) to modernize the company's information system to manage appointments and
sales easier. Every branch had developed a desktop application (MSS Desktop) to manage
employees' information, appointment and managers which each branch uses separately including
booking management, appointment management, and employee management. The company
wants to develop an application to help their managers improve productivity by providing real-
time updates to customers about their booking management, membership management, and
employee management, as well as to support customer service such as online booking
management, membership management, gift certificate, credit-card processing, SMS and text
reminders, and transaction management.
The Web application (MSS Web) should be compatible with a wide range of browsers
such as Safari, Firefox, Chrome, CoCoC. The used language for Web application is Vietnamese.
The new added features are compatible with iOS, Android mobile devices. It is available in
multiple languages including English, French, Vietnamese.
By using the new mobile app, MaMaSpa's customers can:
a. Download an app for iPhone, android phones.
b. Login the app using their account or identify themselves using other authentication methods.
