d) For Academic Staff: The system allows entering lecturers' lecture schedules exported
from FAP, synthesizing lecturers' bus schedules from lecturers' lecture schedules, transferring
lecturers' bus schedules to the administrative department.
In addition to the above requirements, the system needs to allow users to authenticate
with the FU's email account on the Gmail platform, ensuring information reliability and
security. The SBMS is designed to operate continuously every hour with minimal downtime,
ensuring that schedule planning and viewing are never interrupted. It must remain stable even
during peak load periods such as weekends when transaction volumes and user activity are
at their highest. All core features, especially plan and view bus schedule functions, are built to
ensure no critical bugs during acceptance phase.
Security in the system is built on multiple layers to protect both business and user data.
All user accounts are protected by password authentication, with options for two-factor
authentication for managerial roles. Permissions are role-based, meaning a admin staff can
process schedule planning but cannot approve schedule records or change vehicle supplier
without authorization.
The software keeps an audit log of all critical actions such as schedule approvals, bus
fee, and recording who made the change, when, and from which device. This ensures
accountability and deters internal misuse.
The SBMS is a new development system that FU has not had a similar system before, so
there may have many changes during the development process. With the experienced resources
of the FU's IT department, the FU's leaders intend that the project will be undertaken by the IT
department and the development team participating in the project will include 3-4 extensive
