January 2021 to 20th September 2021, inclusive, of all doctors, including also doctors who
have no appointment in this period. Display the results with DoctorID, DoctorFullName,
AppointmentID, AppointmentDate, TotalAmount, PaidAmount where TotalAmount and
PaidAmount are the amounts of the billing corresponding to each appointment. Order the
result in descending order of DoctorFullName, then in ascending order of TotalAmount for
appointments of the same doctor as in the following figure:
