You are a Customer Service Officer at Home Beauty, a furniture company. You received the following e-mail from a customer. Write a response e-mail (about 200 words) to him.
To Whom It May Concern:
Last week, I bought a bookshelf, model number 93785, serial number 740688-6592 at Home Beauty Showroom on Pasteur Street, District 3, HCM City. I paid VND 2 million for it on my credit card. The showroom delivered a bookshelf to my home on the next day.
Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because it is defective. The bookshelf is unsteady and rocks when I put books on it. I decided not to use it to avoid causing any damage and returned it to the showroom on the same day. Also, I phoned and explained the problem to an employee at the showroom and asked for the solution.However, I have not received any feedback from Home Beauty Showroom so far.
Enclosed are copies of my records, including my receipts, delivery invoice, and photos of the defective bookshelf.
