Request 5-Cost Evaluation
Assume that you have a project with:
1. The cost of project was estimated at 5,250,00 JPY
2. The project team estimated to complete the project in 12 months.
. After 6 months, he got a report that 40% of the project jobs were completed.
3 4. Total spending for the project at that time was 2,500,000 JPY.
5. The completion work load and amount of spend are estimated as equal for everyday from the beginning to the end of the project.
You have to apply Earned Value Management technique to evaluate the project status. Compute the PV,EV, AC, SV, CV, SPI, CPI, Estimated at Completion (EAC) and Schedule at Completion of the project.
Give some comments to explain the status (schedule / cost) of your project, and suggest actions from your view.
The result should be rounded to JPY unit (E.g. money value = JPY 1,415 instead of JPY 1,414.5161).
