Draw a network diagram and identify the project duration by applying critical path analysis. Student must determine the duration in appropriate time unit.
Notice: In case of Online Examination Session, student must list all of paths on the diagram to be able to get full score.
Ex: Path 1: Start -> A > B > C -> End
Path 2: Start > ACD -> End
Path n: Start -> ADI-> End
Request 4-Schedule Updating & Tracking
From the schedule on request 3, after 3 weeks, your manager/sponsor inform you that he would like to receive the product of your project earlier than your planned schedule in 2 weeks. Therefore, you have to find the solutions so that your project could finish 2 weeks sooner.
Define at least three solutions and set the priority order for them, and include relevant explanation how it will help your project to be developed faster to accomplish on time.

At the end of the 3rd week, you got the information of the project as follow:
