receive the product of your project earlier than your planned schedule in 2 weeks. Therefore, you have to find the solutions so that your project could finish 2 weeks sooner.
Define at least three solutions and set the priority order for them, and include relevant explanation how it will help your project to be developed faster to accomplish on time.
Request 5-Cost Evaluation
At the end of the 3rd week, you got the information of the project as follow:
1. The cost of project was estimated at ¥2,500,000 (JPY)
2. The project team estimated to complete the project in 18 weeks.
3. It's reported that 15% of the project jobs were completed.
4. The total spend for the project at that time was ¥400,000.
5. The completion work load and amount of spend are estimated as equal for everyday from the beginning to the end of the project.
You have to apply Earned Value Management technique to evaluate the project status. Compute the PV,EV, AC, SV, CV, SPI, CPI, Estimated at Completion (EAC) and Schedule at Completion of the project.
Give some comments to explain for the status of your project. The result should be rounded to JPY unit (E.g. money value = ¥1415 instead of ¥1414.5161).
