You are working on a project to develop a Job Board System (JBS) for your company/organization. This is a Web application with below features (for each user role)
The recruiter: manage the job posts and handle (follow up) the candidates from his/her job posts as well as other candidates as assigned by recruitment manager.
The recruitment manager: manage and approve the job posts; view and handle (follow up) all the

The Software Tools Department has been assigned to design and develop this system in-house (by you and your team) with the target to complete for going live (to use officially) after 15 weeks.
