The ABC company is a growing organization that specializes in the development of software solutions for various clients. The company has experienced significant growth over the past few years, and with the increase in business comes the need for a better way to manage projects. Currently, they rely on spreadsheets and other manual methods to manage projects, which can be time-consuming and error-prone. In order to streamline project management, the ABC company has decided to invest in a new Project Management System (aka PMS, support the project managers, team members and other project stakeholders on following management area: scope/requirement, schedule/time,cost/budget, quality, issue, and communication) and they have hired your team to design and develop this system with the target to complete for going live (system operation) officially after 7 months. The PMS should be scalable to handle increasing numbers of projects and stakeholders.
To develop the PMS system, you (the project manager) and your team decide to use Agile/Scrum as project management methodology and software development model, planned to have 4 main releases which respectively provide the system functionalities for 4 project roles: system admin,project manager, team member, and customer.
Given the system accesses (use cases) to the Team Member actor are as listed below
View tasks assigned to them, track time, and update progress.
View and update project scope, project requirements
Report expenses and view project budget and financial reports
Contribute to project quality, including testing and reporting issues.

1. Request 1 (weight 20%): specify five main roles in your project teams by listing out the role names
and relevant detailed descriptions.
2. Request 2 (weight 20%): list out all the user stories for the Team Member actor in the form of "Asa... I want to... So That..."
3. Request 3 (weight 20%): create the project WBS in bullet format with following 4 levels Level 1 & 2 are the project stages/phases and their relevant iterations/sprints.
Level 3 includes the project documents (project management, engineering) and project release/deliverable names (if any) in each iteration/sprint.
