the increase in business comes the need for a better way to manage projects. Currently, they rely on spreadsheets and other manual methods to manage projects, which can be time-consuming and error-prone. In order to streamline project management, the ABC company has decided to invest in a new Project Management System (aka PMS, support the project managers, team members and other project stakeholders on following management area: scope/requirement, schedule/time,cost/budget, quality, issue, and communication) and they have hired your team to design and develop this system with the target to complete for going live (system operation) officially after 7 months. The PMS should be scalable to handle increasing numbers of projects and stakeholders.

Create, modify, and delete projects, tasks, and milestones.
Assign tasks, issues to team members and track progress.
Create, update, and delete project scope, requirements, issues Manage project cost, including budget, expenses, and financial reports.
Set and manage quality standards for the project, including quality metrics, testing, and quality control
Choose an appropriate project management methodology and software development model (waterfall, iterative/incremental, Agile, etc.) to develop the PMS system with the plan to have 4 main releases which respectively provide the system functionalities for 4 project roles: system admin,project manager, team member, and customer.
