The project team has 4 months to complete the product and get it ready for pilot usage.
Choose an appropriate project management methodology and software development model (waterfall, iterative/incremental, Agile, etc.), with your own assumption on the project sponsors and/or customers and other assumptions (if needed) then complete following 4 requests

3. Request 3 (weight 40%): plan and list out the project milestones/deliverables & related tasks with some further notes as below
You must include both project management & engineering tasks, in right orders
For each task/milestone, provide: Id, Name, Predecessor Tasks (FS, SS, SF, FF)
Group the tasks/milestones by the software development lifecycle (phases, stages,iterations, or sprints) and/or the project management process groups (initiating,planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, closing).
4. Request 4 (20%): Prepare the product backlog for the to-be-developed product.
