The ABC company is a growing organization that specializes in the development of software solutions for various clients. The company has experienced significant growth over the past few years, and with the increase in business comes the need for a better way to manage projects. Currently, they rely on spreadsheets and other manual methods to manage projects, which can be time-consuming and error-prone. In order to streamline project management, the ABC company has decided to invest in a new Project Management System (aka PMS, support the project managers, team members and other project stakeholders on following management area: scope/requirement, schedule/time, cost/budget, quality, issue, and communication) and they have hired your team to design and develop this system with the target to complete for going live (systemoperation) officially after 7 months. The PMS should be scalable to handle increasing numbers of projects and stakeholders.
