In order to streamline project management, the ABC company has decided to invest in a new Project Management System (aka PMS, support the project managers, team members and other project stakeholders on following management area: scope/requirement, schedule/time,cost/budget, quality, issue, and communication) and they have hired your team to design and develop this system with the target to complete for going live (system operation) officially after 7 months. The PMS should be scalable to handle increasing numbers of projects and stakeholders.
To develop the PMS system, you (the project manager) and your team decide to use Agile/Scrum as project management methodology and software development model, planned to have 4 main releases which respectively provide the system functionalities for 4 project roles: system admin,project manager, team member, and customer.
