FPT University wants to develop a new software system named FU Library Management (FLM) to replace current desktop application. Besides helping the students to have platform for searching the library book and tracking their borrowing, this new system would facilitate communication between the university and students. Librarians manage the book borrows and returns. For the overdue book borrowings, the system would send daily notifying email about the penalty money to the relevant students.
Librarians and other library administration staffs can scan, update or activate/deactivate the current books. They can add one new book through the new book screen or import new books from the Excel file.
The FLM system can exchange data with the Books24x7 system. It records the book borrowing history, so that the students or librarian can access the related information for their own tracking
