User can use the Dropdownlist and [Filter] button to filter employees by department. The option "Select one department" represents all departments.
When the user clicks on the name of an employee, please display information about all the projects that this employee is involved in, on the left side of the current webpage, like Figure 3 below. Note that, if JoinDate or LeaveDate is null, show the message "No content".
