Application Requirements
1. ListTransaction Window
When the window loads, display a list of all borrowing transactions from the database. The list includes the following details as Figure 2 below.
If the Return Date is empty, it indicates that the book has not yet been returned.
A ComboBox allows the user to filter the transactions by selecting a user. When a user is selected, the list of transactions automatically updates to show only the transactions for that user.
The user selects a transaction for a book that has not been returned (where ReturnDate is null)and clicks a Button labeled "Return Book". This opens a new window called ReturnBook. The necessary data about the transaction is passed to the ReturnBook window to allow the user to complete the return process.
