Requirements
1. User Lookup Page
Create a Razor Page to display a list of users from the database.
The URL for this page must be /User/List.
Each user should display the following information:
Full Name
Email
Membership Date (data from the Users table).
Provide a search functionality that allows the user to search for users by full name.
The search functionality should find and display all users where the name contains the entered keyword (partial matches are allowed). If no keyword is entered, all users should be displayed.
