User project Project12 in GivenSolution to build a WPF application (referred to as the Client App)
that, upon startup, connects to the Server App to fetch and display the list of instructors in its window.
Detailed Requirements
1. Server App (see Figure 1):
- Connect to the SQL Server database and retrieve the list of all instructors from the Instructor table.
- Act as a server, listening for and processing requests from the Client App, then returning the list of
instructors in a structured format (e.g., JSON or XML).
Students are allowed to freely choose the IP address and port on which the server will listen.
