2. Requirements
The page is designed as shown in Figure 1. User can access your page via url: /Services/List
including three mains part belows:
2.1 When user access this page for the first time, the system list all services of all rooms like Figure 1
(using table format). Note that:
If the service has been paid (PaymentDate is null), display the message "Service has been
paid" and the employee who has received payment for this service.

Otherwise, show a message "Unpaid" and set "N/A" into Employee column.
The amount of service is rounded to integer.
