Display a list of all authors associated with the book in a table with the following columns:

Authorld: The author's ID
o Name: The author's name
о Birth Year: The author's birth year
Each row in the table should have a "Remove" button, which sends a request to delete the
corresponding record in the BookAuthors table to remove the author from the book.

After successful deletion, reload the page to see the changed data.
