[CustomerName] is attribute [CompanyNameļ in table [Customer]
[EmployeeName] is the concatenation of attributes [FirstName] and [LastName] in table
[Employee])
[Employee Departmentid] is the Departmentid of the department of employee.
[Employee DepartmentName] is the DepartmentName of the department of employee.
