The water park needs to build a software called Show Management System to help visitors easily
track and buy tickets to participate in the shows in the water park. The system also makes it easy
for the manager to manage shows in the water park.
The system has the function of allowing the manager to create, adjust and manage schedules for

system also has a function that allows staff to sell show tickets to visitors at the ticket counters.
In case a visitor loses their ticket, the system allows staff to reprint the ticket for the visitor. at
the entrance of the show, the system provides the function for staff to quickly check in for
visitors by using a Barcode Reader to scan the barcode printed on the ticket. The system has the
ability to allow the manager to assign detailed work schedules to each staff member performing
the show (such as actors, musicians, technicians), ensuring that each staff member knows the
working hours, breaks, and other requirements of the show. The system allows the manager to
evaluate and provide feedback to staffs to improve their skills and performance for each show.
Only staffs whose work schedule is declared by the manager can access and operate the system.
Staffs can only view their work schedules assigned by the manager. Staffs can submit a request
to cancel their work schedule, and the manager can approve or deny a request to cancel their
work schedule. The manager and staffs can communicate with each other through the chat
function of the system. The system provides the manager with a dashboard that analyzes the
trend of visitors watching the show by number and time to adjust the schedule and program
accordingly.
