Home coffee brewers often struggle to find recipes that match their taste preferences and
available ingredients; café owners lack tools to efficiently build and optimize menus based on
their business models; suppliers face challenges in reaching the right target customers;
meanwhile, the coffee enthusiast community lacks an engaging environment for interaction and
sharing. To address these issues, the proposed Coffee Recipe Consultation and Ingredient
Connection Platform leverages AI to provide personalized recipe recommendations and
optimized menu suggestions, directly connecting users with ingredient suppliers, assisting café
owners in making quick decisions, and establishing a collaborative space for the coffee
community.
The platform is designed for four key user groups: Home Brewers, Café Owners, Suppliers, and
Admin. For Home Brewers, the system offers a diverse library of traditional and creative recipes
with customization options based on preferences such as strength, acidity, sweetness, or flavor
notes. They can input available ingredients to receive Al-generated recipe suggestions, follow
visual or video-based brewing instructions, and adjust servings as needed. After selecting a
recipe, they can purchase required ingredients directly from a curated list of suppliers.
Additionally, they can save favorite recipes, add personal variations, and share their creations
with the community to receive feedback, ratings, and interact with fellow coffee lovers.

For Café Owners, the platform serves as a powerful tool for menu development and optimization.
They can explore curated recipes tailored to business styles (take-away, specialty, signature,
mainstream) and estimate cost per cup based on ingredient usage. The AI engine can analyze
business models, target customer segments, and current market trends to suggest a suitable menu
aligned with positioning strategies (e.g., budget-friendly, premium, seasonal, or youth-oriented
menus with innovative flavors). Once finalized, café owners can easily purchase the necessary
ingredients from trusted suppliers recommended by the platform. Standardized recipes and video
tutorials support barista training, ensuring consistent drink quality.
For Suppliers, the platform acts as a specialized commercial channel that connects them with
highly targeted customer segments, including home brewers (small-volume buyers) and café
