a) For Student Service Staffs: The system allows staffs to put accommodation informations into the system, view student requests, reply student's request for assistance in finding boarding houses, and respond to student requests.
b) For Student: Student can find the available motels near FU campus and then register with motel owners. They can submit a request for assistance to the Student Service Dept, view request status or cancel the request.
c) For Landlords: The system allows motel owners to post motel information, update motel status, and view students' registration information.
d) For Student Service Manager: The system allows manager to monitor and track the support actities to ensure that every student's request must be solved. The manager can have a summary report of support activities.
In addition to the above requirements, the system needs to allow users to log in with the
email account on the Gmail platform. The system needs to ensure high performance and security, require little training time to use. Users can use the system by following the manual guides.The FMFS is a new development system, so there may be many changes during the
development process. With the current resources of the FU's IT department, the FU's leaders plan that the project should be undertaken by other experienced software company. The development team may require 4-5 extensive experience and skills developers working
