Honda UK (HUK) is a big company in United Kingdom (UK). The company operates in the field of manufacturing and distributing cars and motorcycles. The company does not sell cars directly to users. They have vehicle distribution agents (Dealer) in all areas in the UK to sell cars directly to users. The company have many issues related to managing car orders and customer feedback from dealers and salemans. Dealing with these issues will be a key factor for the company's success. To solve these problems, the company's CEO decided to build a sale management software system called (SMS). The SMS system helps company leaders and sale department to have updated information on customers' needs and feedback in real time and improve the quality of services. After HUK project team had some discussions with salemans, dealers and other stakeholders, they think that SMS will need to have some the following main features:
a) Dealer's saleman (saleman) can use the mobile application to record car order or potential car order when interacting with customer. He/she can update the order information before submitting to Dealer's manager. He/she can be able to submit his/her car orders to sale manager to get approval. He/she also can view his/her order history. He/she can manage customer's feedback and customer care activities...
b) Dealer's sale managers (sale manager-SM) can have same features with saleman. He/she can be able to view and approve sale order submitted from salemans then send these orders to HUK's Dealer manager (Dealer manager -DM). He/she can manage customer's feedbacks and make some statistics reports on sale and customer's feedbacks.
