The system should be available 24 hours perday and 7 days per week and must meet local cultural norms, and Government's transport regulations. The salemans may use different languages so the SMS needs to support multi-languages
The SMS is a new development system and have many stakeholders, so there may have changes of requirements during the development process. With the experienced resources of the HUK's IT department, the HUK's Board of Directors (BOD) intended that the project will be undertaken by the IT department (IT Dept). However, IT Dept is so busy with implementing some other projects so HUK's BOD decided to hire ABC company to implement the project. In the BOD's meetings, managers of other HUK's departments commit to sending employees to support the project but they could not send employees to work daily and onsite with the development team.This project is very important to the company so HUK's leadership expects the first version of the system to be put into use within 4 months and the project needs to be completely completed within 8 months.
