It is assumed that you are working for ABC company. ABC's Leader assigned you to implement this project, you should read carefully the above description of the project then answer these questions:
1. Your team members have much experienced but they are much specialized in development works. Your manager tell you that the Scrum process should be used for the project. Do you agree or not agree with him/her? Base on the provided project characteristics (user,customer, team, requirements characteristics, time constraints and managers'expectation), please give your assessment to support for your answer (2.0 points).
2. What type and level/stage of testing should you do to meet customer's requirements? Who will do test in each test level/stage? (1.0 point)
3.List 7 functional requirements and 3 non-functional requirements that have been discussed on the given description of this project. (2.0 points).
4. Write 5 user stories based on your answers in question 3. (1.5 point)
5. The manager requires you to apply some quality metrics to mearure code & design quality,please list and describe at least 5 quality metrics discussed in the courses that you can apply in your project to measure cohesion, coupling and other quality issues. (1.0 points)
6. Create a story map for "Create New Car Order" and "Update Car Order" activities of the saleman in the above description of the project. (2.5 points).
