The software tool department at FPT University desire to develop a new software tool named
FUExamOnline (exam.fpt.edu.vn) website in order to allow FPT University's students from five
campuses in Vietnam to take progress test of the courses they learning. FUExamOnline need one
Admin account and low-level accounts for five campuses including Director for Hoa Lac, Director
for HCM City; Director for Da Nang; Director for Can Tho and Director for Qui Nhon. Each
campus will have lower level accounts for users whom are Managers and then further lower level
accounts for whom are Teachers and then Students. The FUExamOnline website needs having
many functions including listing subjects, adding subjects, editing subjects, viewing subjects,
adding questions, importing questions, editing questions, listing questions, listing exam; adding
exam, editing exam, viewing exam, taking exam, recording exam history (the first; the second and
so on, times to take the exam) and importing student list for each exam from fap.fpt.com.vn
website. Students login in FUExamOnline website by using @fpt.com.vn email accounts. Students
can only do the exam when the exam has status opening. Students will automatically submit the
exam when the time of the exam expires. Only the teacher can start stop the exam and view, export
the result of the exam they created. The students who take the exam can see the number of
questions, one question displayed per one page and they can see the grade they gained after they
submit the exam.
