SE Jewelry Company needs to build a web application called Jewelry Production Order Management System. The system allows the customer to send jewelry production request to the company. Through the system, sales staff will receive requests and discuss with the customer to advise on appropriate jewelry designs. Communication with the customer can be done through the chat function in the system. The system allows sales staff to send quotes based on designs finalized with the customer. This quote must be approved by the manager on the system before the customer can receive it. The price of jewelry is calculated according to the formula which is the total value of raw materials plus production costs then multiplied by the price applied rate.The function allows the customer to confirm the quote to place a jewelry production order. The customer must deposit 50% of the jewelry value according to the quote. The system automatically accepts the order when the customer makes payment through the online payment system. In case the customer uses cash payment or bank transfer, the order will be accepted when the sales staff confirms it manually in the system. After the production order is accepted, the system allows design staff to send 3D designs to the customer. The customer can provide feedback on the system so that design staff can edit the 3D design. After the customer approves the final 3D design on the system, the production staff will proceed to produce the jewelry. The system allows production staff to update images or videos of the production process for the customer to follow. Production staff can update the status of a completed production order when the jewelry has been produced. The system allows sales staff to view completed production orders to deliver to the customer. The customer need to register a user account on the application
