The customer receives a 15% discount on medical examination services when making appointments for two or more pets. In case the customer makes an appointment without specifying a veterinarian, clinic staff will assign an appropriate veterinarian. In case the customer cancels the appointment 24 hours before the time of examination, the system will transfer the paid money back to the customer. The system shall send an email or text message (based on user account settings) to the customer to confirm examination appointment. The system only allows the customer to make appointments 24 hours before the time of examination. The system allows the customer to view the history of the appointment booking process and allows feedback on the service after use. Clinic staff can view customer appointments, change or cancel appointments after reaching agreement with the customer. Veterinarians can register for a work schedule based on the clinic's work schedule,which will be approved by the clinic manager. Veterinarians can submit a request to cancel their work schedule, and the clinic manager can approve or deny a request to cancel their work schedule. Only veterinary work schedules approved by the manager can be booked by the customer. The system allows customers to log in through an account registered with the system
