To enhance the convenience experience for visitors by not having to carry paper tickets, cash or
a software called Ticket Tracking System to serve the control of visitor activities such as
admission, payment, and use of water park facilities through RFID (Radio Frequency
Identification) wristbands.
The system has the function of allowing staff to sell tickets directly to visitors at water park
ticket counters. The water park provides 2 types of tickets: standard and priority. When using
games and services, standard tickets have limited play (number of times) in some games, priority
tickets have unlimited play in games and have priority entrance. When visitors buy tickets, the
system will issue them an RFID wristband. At the water park entrance, RFID readers will check
wristbands as visitors pass through the gate. If the wristband is valid (not expired, suitable for the
type of ticket purchased), the door will automatically open to allow visitors to enter. The
function allows visitors to top up the account integrated with the wristband in the water park
through staff or RFID Kiosks. Through Kiosk, visitors can also scan the wristband to look up
information related to their account, including account balance, transaction history, or used
services. Every time a visitor uses a service (such as participating in games, eating or buying
souvenirs), staff will use an RFID reader to scan the wristband to record transaction information.
The system will automatically record the number of times participating in the game or deduct
money for paid services that the visitor uses, ensuring convenient payment and no need to use
cash. Through wristbands visitors can also rent RFID lockers. Through the system, visitors use
the locker according to the following operations: put items in the locker and scan the wristband
to lock the locker, scan the wristband to open the locker and retrieve items. The system allows
staff to lock the wristband or issue a new wristband in case the visitor loses the wristband. The
function allows staff to receive the wristband back when the visitor leaves the water park and
return the remaining balance in the visitor's account. Staff can only view customer-related
information during the working day. The function allows manager to declare ticket prices by
ticket type and time, locker rental prices, and service prices in the water park. The system
provides reports so that manager can monitor activities, manage the number of visitors and ticket
status.
