Actors: Department Head
Purpose: The purpose of this use case is to provide step to create an inspection plan to provide a foundation for legal matter.
Business rules:
o “Tên kế hoạch triển khai” is a required string with a length ranging from 50 to 255 characters. The first character must not be a number. No special characters or blanks are allowed.
o "Chi tiết" is a required string and not exceeding 10,000 chars.
o “Tài liệu công văn”
There must be at least three document files.
“Tên tài liệu” is a required string with a length ranging from 10 to 100 characters.
“Mã tài liệu” is a required string with a length ranging from 3 to 10 characters.
Each attached file size must not exceed 10MB.
Function Details:
Normal case:
o User enters information into the fields of form and clicks "Luu" button.
• The system will validate the information entered by the user.
• Inspection plan created successfully.
Abnormal case:
o Data input is invalid, the system reports an error asking the user to re-enter the information
